Once the order is placed, an email will be sent,with the description of the order and the customer's personal data.

The shipment of the order will begin once it has been effectively established by our bank that the deposit has been made correctly.

The user will receive notification via e-mail of the receipt of the payment and the sending of the same.

Delivery times are variable, in between 2 a 7 days depending on the distance of the client's address from Barcelona, once the amount of the purchase has been received in the bank account. These days are indicative based on the availability and quantity of products requested.

In the 7 days after the customer receives the item, he can request a refund, entitled to a full refund of the payment made or the change, under the following conditions:

-The item has arrived defective or in poor condition.

-An item has arrived that does not correspond to the order placed.

The bags must be returned in any case with their packaging. The shipping costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer. Once the returned product has been verified, refund will be made  of the amount by the same payment method that was used in the purchase or exchange of the item.
